About Us

In 1987, the German company Ing. Hubert Maldaner GmbH and the Turkish company ÖNDER Engineering established together the company Maldaner Metal Impregnation as a foreign capital partnership in Turkey. In those years, impregnation processes were not widely known in Turkey and porosity issues in castings were solved by rudimentary techniques. Introducing Maldaner technology to the Turkish industry shifted the paradigm. Maldaner impregnation solved leakage problems completely and allowed companies to impregnate their parts inland, reducing export costs to Europe.

For our customers in Turkey, who produce machined cast parts for the European automative industry, using Maldaner resin became a requirement of their European business partners thanks to its world-wide recognition and quality.

Dissolving the foreign capital partnership, Maldaner became a 100% Turkish company in 2015, owning full rights of the Maldaner name and brand. As of 2024, Maldaner Metal Impregnation San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. is the sole representative of the British company Ultraseal in Turkey. In order to remain loyal to the increasing order speed and quality, Maldaner İzmir branch started its independent operations in 2023 and Maldaner Kocaeli factory in 2024.
